SHIPPING FEES

UK Delivery is free on orders totalling £20 or more. We aim for items to arrive to customers within 5 working days. We do rely on our mail carriers and they may experience delays at peak times. Express delivery is available for UK for more - checkout calculates the total cost of express delivery.

Not all products can be shipped worldwide - the website will not let you order if your delivery address is in an area we cannot deliver to. Pricing for non-UK delivery will be calculated at checkout.

 

SHIPPING ISSUES

If you experience any issues with receiving your item - please let us know and we will do everything we can to remedy any issues. If you are not happy, we are not happy and we'll do our best to fix any problems. Hopefully you will experience a smooth delivery!
